During the first day of Team Building 2024, the new Milan headquarters was officially inaugurated, and an analysis was conducted on the results achieved in 2023 along with forecasts for the current year.

On June 7th, the heads of the company’s Business Units shared key aspects of their activities, allowing colleagues to appreciate the depth and richness of each other’s experiences.

To further enhance awareness of the social responsibility tied to our work—which, in many cases, directly or indirectly impacts people’s lives—we welcomed a special guest, Don Alberto Cozzi, member of the International Theological Commission. He led us in a thought-provoking discussion on the ethical implications of artificial intelligence and the importance of ensuring AI remains a technology at the service of humanity.

This sparked a deep and meaningful debate, reinforcing the importance of a responsible and conscious approach in the development of our innovative products and services. Chef Kateryna from the Konnubio restaurant in Milan delighted us with an unforgettable lunch, while also offering us a profound reflection on the importance of teamwork and the blend of tradition and innovation.

Through her culinary expertise, she showed us how tradition can be a source of inspiration for innovation and creativity—a lesson reflected in the stories behind each dish she prepared.
