We are pleased to announce that synbrAIn has extended its ISO 9001 Certification for the “Quality Management System” to its offices in Palermo and Verona.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized certification that sets the requirements for an effective quality management system.

The certification was first obtained for our Milan office in February 2023, granted by the certification body TUV Nord. In 2024, in addition to renewing the certification for Milan for the first time, it has now been extended to our offices in Palermo and Verona through the certification body Bureau Veritas.

This achievement demonstrates the continuous commitment of synbrAIn:

• In maintaining control over all aspects of our operations, ensuring the continuous improvement of our quality standards.

The ISO 9001 certification is valid for three years. However, to maintain it, we are committed to an ongoing improvement process, conducting an internal audit with the certification body every year to ensure continuous compliance with the required standards.
